Betty Murray, CN, HHC, RYT , is a Certified Nutritionist, Holistic Health Counselor, author and speaker. Betty is a nutrition specialist focused on metabolic and digestive disorders such as IBS, Colitis and Crohn’s Disease and weight loss. She has a knack for making the science of nutrition easy to understand and implement. She is gluten intolerant and will be publishing a Gluten-free cook book in the fall.
Jenny Bair, MHE , is a Life Coach and Professional Organizer who through her Life Mapping™ method is able to help her clients get unstuck and moving forward quickly. She loves working clients who are looking for their life purpose and to develop meaning in their life. Jenny is a Celiac and is very active in the Gluten Intolerance group locally and nationally.
David Shaw is a self-taught gluten free chef & gluten free cooking teacher. He has been a Gluten-free guest chef for Whole Foods for the past 5 years. He also offers private gluten-free cooking classes. David focuses on using easy to find products, enhancing their flavors for fast and tasty meals – not complicated meals. "I love all the new gluten free products on the market. There are so many tasty things available".
