Lacy McMillon

Lacy is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from Georgetown University in Washington D.C. and is nationally certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Lacy earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Tyler then went on to work as a Registered Nurse for 7 years in the specialty of cardiovascular intensive care, spending most of that time at Baylor Heart and Vascular Hospital.

She is a certified provider of BioTE® Medical Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy for both men and women. She is also a certified provider of Metagenics® First Line Therapy. In addition, she obtained her Critical Care Registered Nurse certification in 2012 and is currently certified in Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.

While obtaining her Master’s degree, Lacy spent time as a student at Forney Wellness and realized the true difference this practice makes in patients’ lives. She immediately fell in love with the idea of finding the root cause of patients’ problems and being able to help fix them through proper nutrition and lifestyle changes.

Lacy enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs as well as outdoor activities like running and hiking. Her passion is health and wellness from the inside out, but she also appreciates taking care of the outside by exploring beauty products, skin care, and fashion. She is very excited to be part of this practice and looks forward to helping her patients get healthier!
