It is very difficult to change your life in one hour. You can however, make dramatic steps towards putting the right plan in place to acheive your nutrition and health goals. After your initial consultation, we'll decide how many sessions over a given length of time should provide maximum support for your health goals. Most clients start with 3-6 month programs.

  • Counseling appointments monthly (1 to 2 times a month)

  • Recommendations for books, websites, and food suppliers

  • Unlimited coaching by email in between sessions
