  • Kitchen and Pantry Organization, Meal Planning and Whole Foods Store Tour

Have you lost your kitchen or has it become the lst place in thehouse you can be found?  Have no fear, we can make it your favorite place to be!

At your initial health consultation, we'll decide discuss your families current health challenges and goals, paying special interest to your individual families dietary needs. 

From this assessment, a space consultation will be scheduled to determine the scope of the work needed to transform your kitchen into your kitchen of your dreams. 

Our nutritionists and organizing teams will work together to get your kitchen ordely and de-junk-fooded.  Our nutrtionist wil take the family on a guided tour of Central Market, or Whole Foods to help you untangle the healthy from the unhealthy hiding even on the shelves of Whoel Foods. 

From here, a custom meal plan will be created for you to use in creating your meals.  Additional meal plans are available as often as needed and can be bought in packages or one at a time.
