Mona Sepulveda

Mona Sepulveda is a huge health advocate and totally committed to helping others maximize their social, physical, mental and financial health to live their best lives. Prior to joining Living Well Dallas, her favorite professional moments included educating financial clients and insurance members about the tax savings benefits of various investment vehicles and managing client projects for a global HR outsourcing firm.

She spent a year in the medical insurance field explaining member benefits and connecting members to clinical and financial resources, and over a decade implementing audits on employer-sponsored health plans to verify dependent eligibility. As a Patient Care Coordinator at Living Well Dallas (LWD), she ensures patients follow medical treatment plans, manages patient scheduling and guides new patients in the selection of LWD providers and services.

Mona is an avid runner and life-time learner. She is completing her third degree in nursing and seeking her run coach certification through the United Endurance Sports Coaching Academy (UESCA). She is a soccer mom and den leader for her son's Cub Scout den. Mona enjoys a good book and spending time with her husband and son and hopes to become a member of the 50 States Marathon Club. She holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Arts from the University or Rochester.
